Terms

Our goal is to provide the highest quality captive bred reptiles to the herpetological enthusiast. All animals are guaranteed to be in optimal health and accurately sexed. Pertinent background information will be provided with each animal purchased.

Animals will be shipped after full payment is received. We accept Paypal, certified cheque, or money order. Nonrefundable deposits can be made toward specific animals in the amount of 25% of the purchase price. Animals will only be held for a maximum term of one month after the deposit is made unless alternate terms have been agreed upon. Professional shipping techniques will be employed that will guarantee live arrival. It is the responsibility of the customer to acquire the animals within four hours after arrival at a specified destination. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 24 hours after arrival, please contact us promptly and we can take appropriate steps to guarantee your satisfaction.

Canadian Shipments
Orders within Canada will be shipped via Air Canada or West Jet for overnight or same-day arrival. The carrier used is ultimately up to the customer. Local orders can be picked up or delivered providing proper arrangements are made at the time of purchase.

International Shipments
International orders will be shipped via Air Canada or other reputable airline carriers depending on the final destination. For CITES animals, export paperwork is available free of charge. We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit before CITES applications are submitted. Full payment is required before animals will be shipped. Professional shipping techniques will be employed that will guarantee live arrival.
